What books are you reading right now to become a great business leader?

"What should I do to become a great investor?" an earnest 17 year old was reported to have asked Warren Buffet – the world’s wealthiest individual - at the Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting in 2007.
Buffett's emphatic answer is simple and straightforward: "Read everything you can! By the age of 10, I'd read every book in the Omaha Public Library with the word ‘finance’ in the title, some twice."
Buffet strongly believes that it was the reading he did in his formative years that shaped his approach to investing and prepared the groundwork for 50 incredibly successful years.
He still reads literally thousands of financial statements and annual reports each year – and always has around 50 books at home on the go, waiting to be read.

One of my favourite employee interview questions is, “What was the last business book you read, and what did you learn from it?” The answer can be very revealing.
"The man who does not read books - is no better than the man who can't." (Mark Twain)
“Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body” (Joseph Addison)
